1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the T-Minus Overtime Tracker application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

T-Minus Overtime Tracker is a time and overtime tracking application for Android. It allows you to record work sessions, calculate overtime based on a configurable schedule, view weekly reports, and — for Premium subscribers — receive AI-generated insights about your work patterns.

The App stores data locally on your device by default. An optional cloud sync feature is available when you sign in with a Google or Apple account.

3. Free Trial and Subscription

3.1 Free trial

Upon first install, the App grants a 30-day free trial of all Premium features. No payment or account is required during the trial. At the end of the trial period, Premium features become unavailable unless you purchase a subscription or lifetime license.

3.2 Premium subscription

The Premium Monthly plan is an auto-renewing subscription purchased through Google Play Billing. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

3.3 Lifetime license

The Premium Lifetime option is a one-time in-app purchase that grants permanent access to all current Premium features.

3.4 Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled in accordance with Google Play's refund policy. We do not issue refunds outside of what Google Play provides.

3.5 Price changes

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. You will be notified of price changes before they take effect, and your subscription will not renew at the new price without your explicit consent.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any backend systems
  • Use automated means to interact with the App in ways not intended by its design

5. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of T-Minus Overtime Tracker and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

T-Minus Overtime Tracker is a productivity tool. The accuracy of overtime calculations depends on correct configuration by the user. We are not responsible for any employment, legal, or financial decisions made based on data shown in the App.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL T-MINUS OVERTIME TRACKER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to cloud features at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Termination does not affect your right to locally stored data, which you can export before uninstalling.

10. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [YOUR JURISDICTION], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
